About This Topic
You’re sitting in a car at the starting position of a race. As you press the gas pedal, your position starts to change, and your velocity increases. As you continue to move, the way your velocity increases gives you acceleration. Calculus is all about exploring that continuous change, taking your knowledge from zero to 60, and then back down again after you’ve completed the race. In this course, you will focus on limits, functions, derivatives, integrals, and infinite series. Calculus constitutes a major portion of any advanced mathematics curriculum and is the springboard for collegiate scientific and math understanding.
